The high speed door control system is equipped with a motor and control cabinet, and implements a state of the art, full range, absolute limit control technology for electronic limit control and digital encoding. The automated door control system has a memory function, and provides a speed of 0.8 meters/second, which can be easily adjusted, based on customer requirements.

1. LCD Human to Machine Interface
The interface is digital, and directly monitors the internal system as well as external signals (radar, security protection, buttons). This reduces maintenance labor costs and increase the efficiency. The main display parameters include the degree to which the door is open, operating time, and other related codes.

As an upgraded version of traditional incremental encoders and single turn absolute encoders, the multi-turn encoder provides electronic limit control and digital encoding.

3. Frequency Modulation
The speed of the sectional door can be adjusted, and there is no need to reset the limit switch.

4. Functional Port
The input port is responsible for door opening/closing, door stop, security protection, sensors, manual switch, one key startup/shutdown, interlock input and external fault inputs. The output port is responsible for interlock output and fault output.

5. Professional Drive Circuit Board Hardware
After using the professional drive circuit board, traditional problems found in the use of PLC, frequency converter and incremental encoders are resolved, including the response time of the safety switch, accumulative error of the encoder and bad contact of the PLC.

6. Reliable Drive System
The drive system is comprised of a number of individual parts: the CPU chips are high performance 32 bit DSP chips from the American company TI, and the peripheral interface circuit utilizes Toshiba optical coupler isolation technology and supports hot plugging. The power modules are IPM modules and inverter modules from Infineon, while the drive system ensures the industrial door control system operates normally for at least 200,000 cycles.

For non-destructive malfunctions and fault, the system can give a clear direction for inspection and repair. Standard terminals are also installed on the system, ensuring the entire system works seamlessly, and saves time.

1. Pre Sales Service

Before sales, our engineer will provide design drawings and standard parameters based on your requirements, and help design the most efficient structure. Prototypes are available for testing, and fees are included in the final expenses.

We deliver our products on time, guaranteed. Once a client confirms the order, we start arranging production according to the product type. Typically regular model products are finished in roughly 7 business days. During this process, we will keep the client apprised of real time progress via email.

2. After Sales Service
Our entire control system is guaranteed for one year. For all wearing components, we also guarantee sending replacements in a timely manner after ordering. On-site service is not included. Each control system is packed with an installation instruction DVD, and a technical manual for installation, maintenance and repair.
